At Elysian Hair Collection, we strive for a high level of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your order, we allow for an exchange on sealed and non-tampered with products, packaged with seal intact, within 3 days of receiving your order.  All wigs are custom so are final sale.  

NO refunds will be issued.

In the case of exchanging, you may contact us via email: info@elysianhaircollection.com including your full name and order # stating the reason for the exchange.   

You are responsible for purchasing the return label postage for all exchanges. We suggest when mailing to request a tracking number as we take NO responsibility for lost return products.
