Shipping policy

ELYSIAN HAIR COLLECTION Your order will be processed and shipped out or available for local pickup within 3-7 business days. It will then arrive to you 1-2 business days from the date it is shipped. For our HD lace wigs, please allow up to 7-12 business days for processing before your wig order is shipped out to you or available for local pickup.

During sales and holidays, please be aware that this processing time can be delayed but all delays will be communicated via email. ​

For local pickups for Connecticut Queens, you order will be processed and available for pickup within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup with instructions for scheduling your pickup. All pickups are done in Bloomfield, CT (exact address and more info will be included in your pickup ready email). To check for on hand inventory for a faster pickup date please text our customer service line at (860)580-5143 with the items you are wishing to pickup for availability.

ALL orders are delivered without request of signature unless requested by the customer. If needed, please specify in the note to the seller box!

Please note, Elysian Hair Collection, LLC. is not responsible for lost packages once they are noted as delivered from the shipping carrier via the tracking number provided. All missing package claims must be filed via USPS.
